The Senior IAM Automation Engineer will transform identity and access management through automation, DevOps practices, and mentoring. Responsibilities include implementing Tines, using infrastructure-as-code, and collaborating with SecOps on emerging identity challenges.

Lead and manage the Data Tools team to design, build, and operate foundational data infrastructure for governance and real-time processing. Partner with stakeholders to define scope, drive architecture and technical strategy, mentor engineers, run Agile ceremonies, enforce best practices, and ensure scalable, secure, high-availability data platform delivery that meets regulatory and business requirements.

Manage full lifecycle retirement account operations including contributions, conversions, rollovers, RMDs and distributions. Support year-end tax reporting and IRS filing (Form 1099-R, 5498) via FIRE/IRIS, maintain compliance with IRC/ERISA/FINRA/SEC, handle customer inquiries, update beneficiary and account maintenance, and participate in process-improvement initiatives to reduce risk and increase efficiency.

Own feature-level product delivery from discovery through launch and iteration. Write PRDs/user stories, prioritize backlogs, run lightweight research and experiments, partner with design and engineering, instrument features and monitor metrics, coordinate releases and go-to-market, and ensure operational readiness and quality.

Process domestic and international wires, ACH, check disbursements, and journal entries; review LOAs; handle exceptions with AML/Legal/Risk; follow SOPs and daily controls; respond to client and internal inquiries within SLAs.

Serve as a technical product expert supporting enterprise sales: present demos, design tailored solutions, build C-level relationships, mentor junior engineers, support onboarding and post-sales adoption, collaborate cross-functionally to influence product roadmap, and stay current on fintech trends and competitors to win complex, high-value engagements.

Investigate and document system behavior, write specifications and test plans, execute functional tests, analyze data and integrations (APIs), triage UAT/production issues, and support implementations and internal training within an Agile fintech environment.

The Senior SOC Analyst monitors and investigates security incidents, manages vulnerabilities, analyzes security data, and leads investigations to improve security posture.

Own end-to-end technology procurement (SaaS, hardware, IT services): lead sourcing events, negotiate contracts and renewals, drive 90-day renewal engagement, build vendor relationships, partner with InfoSec/FP&A/Legal, develop procurement KPIs, and use data and AI tools to optimize costs and reduce risk.

Produce regular reports and analyses to inform strategic decisions across Sales, Partnerships, Finance, and Product. Ensure data integrity, present insights to senior leadership, solve complex business problems, and improve analytical capabilities and processes.
