The role involves supporting system operations and maintenance, managing project tasks, analyzing data for operational efficiency, and providing technical guidance in controls and HVAC systems.

Lead and execute enterprise change initiatives: develop change strategies and plans, assess readiness, design communications and training (Prosci-based), engage executive and cross-functional stakeholders, mentor junior staff, run retrospectives, and drive adoption across multi-business units.

Lead GSOC program and project delivery by planning, prioritizing, and tracking initiatives that improve incident response, intelligence integration, and situational awareness. Manage cross-functional coordination, vendor integration, reporting/dashboards, governance, and continuous improvement. Oversee project managers, support crisis response and executive protection programs, and drive implementation and optimization of GSOC tools and processes.

Originate and manage commercial loans, provide consultative financial guidance, analyze complex credit and portfolios, prepare detailed credit memos, drive Business Solutions adoption, mentor junior advisors, and ensure compliance with NCUA and Navy Federal policies.

Provide financial consulting to members and prospects by recommending investment and insurance solutions, administering and documenting accounts per regulatory standards, prospecting and growing a book of business, conducting seminars and events, partnering with wealth advisors, executing securities transactions, monitoring account performance, and supporting audits and compliance with FINRA, NASAA, and SEC rules.

Design, implement, and maintain OCI IaaS/PaaS platform services using IaC and automation. Build secure, scalable networking, observability, and provisioning patterns. Support operations, incident response, patching, backups, documentation, and on-call rotations. Partner with IAM, security, DB, and application teams to improve platform reliability and governance.

Analyze and report on business operations to optimize performance and forecast future results. Document and assess processes, identify inefficiencies, perform quantitative and root-cause analyses, create KPI reports, and support budgeting and planning. Lead small-to-medium projects and ensure cross-team integration aligned with strategic goals.

Provide financial consultations to members and prospects, recommend insurance and investment products, execute securities transactions, maintain and monitor client accounts, grow and manage a moderate book of business, ensure compliance with FINRA/NASAA/SEC and Navy Federal policies, conduct local outreach and seminars, and prepare regulatory reports and audits.

Design and implement enterprise visualizations and augmented-analytics capabilities (AI/ML, NLQ, NLG). Lead BI modernization, governance, self-service enablement, Analytics User Communities, and the Analytics Service Catalog. Mentor teams, drive adoption, ensure platform reliability, and align visualization standards with cloud and data architecture.

Lead data science and ML analyses to support risk and compliance decisions. Evaluate models for performance and fairness, perform descriptive/predictive/prescriptive analyses, develop code and automated processes, present insights to stakeholders, and lead small projects while collaborating with compliance, legal, and business partners.
