Serve as an HR business partner driving employee/labor relations, recruitment, retention, performance management, succession planning, compliance (AAP), HR program implementation, data analysis, and leadership coaching at a facility level.

Manage full lifecycle of workers' compensation claims, oversee return-to-work and transitional duty programs, ensure multi-state legal compliance, partner with TPAs, medical providers and legal counsel, analyze claim trends, support incident investigations, prepare reports and maintain confidential records.

Develop and maintain customer relationships to introduce and place new products, execute business initiatives, manage pricing and orders, and drive sales growth. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure product availability, resolve customer issues, and meet account sales targets.

Designs and implements engineering solutions for meat packaging and processing facilities. Prepares preliminary designs, cost estimates, feasibility studies, bid reviews, project documents, and as-built drawings. Coordinates vendors, monitors installations, manages budgets, and submits status reports. May lead small teams and manage small-to-medium projects; requires frequent travel to plants.

Design, produce, and manage engaging learning content (e-learning, job aids, in-person materials). Partner with SMEs, implement and maintain content in Workday LMS, apply adult learning principles, monitor analytics, and ensure training aligns with company culture and branding.

Coordinate trade planning and execution for assigned sales teams by developing customer pricing and promotion plans, liaising with Business Management, Demand Planning and Marketing, tracking trade spending and P&L impacts, facilitating approvals and fund close-outs, training users, and supporting reporting and special projects to meet company objectives.

Serve as the facility HR lead managing HR policies, employee and labor relations, recruitment, retention, benefits/compensation, performance management, staff coaching, succession planning, data analysis and compliance to support business goals.

Manage master production scheduling and inventory (finished goods, WIP, excess/obsolete) to align supply with demand. Set target and safety stock parameters, perform long-term capacity planning (26–52 weeks), collaborate with manufacturing, warehousing and transportation, measure KPIs (case fill rate, distress-to-sales, DOH), and mitigate shortages to optimize network stock flow and minimize waste.

Drive sales growth through analysis and reporting. Compile and deliver margin, pricing, fill-rate, shipment, and KPI reports; manage forecasting and budget inputs; maintain BI/SAP/Blacksmith reports; support Orders-to-Cash and broker/customer inquiries; coordinate events and field sales support across Sales, Marketing, and Operations to enable data-driven decisions.

Own and grow national chain accounts by developing and executing sales programs, introducing products, securing placements, managing brokers and sales teams, collaborating cross-functionally on pricing/forecasting/innovation/logistics, driving category management and SKU rationalization, and ensuring flawless execution to deliver long-term growth.
