Technical lead for rapid AI/ML prototyping in autonomy, perception, and analytics. Architect, build, deploy, and validate end-to-end ML systems (training, inference, deployment), mentor engineers, set technical direction, manage risks, and demonstrate mission-focused prototypes in aerospace and defense environments.

Lead development and execution of test plans for aircraft mission systems and avionics. Develops and performs optical tests on components and systems, collects and analyzes measurement data, supports test procedure development, assists with optical simulations and modeling, collaborates with design/manufacturing/quality teams, maintains and calibrates test equipment, and documents results to drive product improvements.

Design, develop, test, and troubleshoot electrical/electronic systems and circuit card assemblies for aerospace/defense platforms. Create technical designs, test plans, and documentation; participate in design reviews, collaborate with cross-functional teams, validate systems, and mentor junior engineers.

Lead software engineering and DevOps across the SDLC, define long-term vision and roadmap, drive Agile/DevOps transformation, implement CI/CD, IaC, containerization, and DevSecOps practices, ensure security/compliance, manage teams and large projects, and maintain operational resilience and innovation alignment with business objectives.

Temporary fellowship providing on-the-job logistics experience: inventory counting, receiving, shipping, cycle and physical inventories, record-keeping in Costpoint, kit assembly, requisitions, and shipping/receiving support while working within company safety and documentation procedures.
