Leads the design, implementation, maintenance, assessment, and authorization of secure IT systems. Provides information systems security expertise, performs NIST RMF and DoD compliance assessments, manages vulnerabilities, supports incident response and accreditation records, and evaluates security work products. The role requires application security testing, security control assessment tools, DoD STIG and NIST knowledge, active Top Secret clearance, and participation in on-call incident response.

Process and review vendor invoices, reconcile statements, maintain accounts payable records, resolve invoice discrepancies with vendors and internal teams, assist month/year-end closings, support AP policies and audits.

The role requires extensive defense-industry technology management experience, strong understanding of emerging technologies and cybersecurity, executive communication skills, and an active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.

Leads the full lifecycle management of complex subcontracts, including developing specifications and bid packages, evaluating proposals, negotiating terms, administering contract types, monitoring subcontractor performance, maintaining records, selecting suppliers, and ensuring compliance with FAR, DFARS, company policies, and industry standards. Collaborates with cross-functional project and program teams and occasionally travels for supplier meetings.

Lead and manage multiple aerospace and defense projects (budgets up to $20M) including customer engagement, cost/schedule/technical planning, EVM-based performance tracking, risk/opportunity management, staff supervision, proposal support, contract negotiations, and program integration to meet budget, schedule, and certification requirements. Support Program Director and coordinate stakeholders, audits, and resource planning; occasional travel.
