Lead design and implementation of the program digital thread: architect end-to-end data flows, integrate PLM/MBSE/CAD/simulation/manufacturing tools, ensure requirements-to-design-to-test traceability, enforce data governance and configuration management, coordinate stakeholders, present status to customers, and maintain audit-ready documentation for program reviews.

Builds executive relationships with defense primes, government organizations, and MSP/MSSP partners; develops CMMC-aligned offerings; establishes forecasting and pipeline operations; recruits and leads the commercial team; and represents the company at industry events. Requires extensive business development experience, cybersecurity sales success, DoD knowledge, monthly travel, U.S. citizenship, and ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.

Lead requirements-based verification, planning, execution, and certification of aircraft and avionics mission systems across SIL, ground, and flight test. Develop test plans and reports, perform hands-on RF/electronic testing and integration, investigate anomalies, mentor junior engineers, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and ensure compliance with regulatory and customer requirements. Active Top Secret/SCI clearance required.
