Provide test planning, execution, and V&V for aerospace and defense systems across component and system levels. Manage major project deliverables, mentor team members, and provide leadership and cross-team collaboration to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Serve as the primary electrical liaison supporting production, testing and continuous improvement of aircraft electronic systems. Troubleshoot design discrepancies, interpret wiring diagrams and schematics, implement drawing/PLM updates using CAD tools, generate dispositions for non-conformances, advise design teams during review, and collaborate with technicians and quality engineers.

Manage program integration for complex ISR, aviation, and security projects (budgets $20M+). Oversee schedule, cost, risks, proposals, stakeholder relations, team leadership, and program lifecycle to ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery and compliance with corporate and regulatory requirements.

Lead capture and business development for large Aerospace & Defense opportunities: develop/execute capture strategies, assess markets, engage senior stakeholders, build teams, drive proposals from identification through award, and mentor junior staff.

Six-month fellowship providing hands-on quality engineering experience in aerospace and defense. Responsibilities include developing QA processes, conducting inspections and audits, root cause analysis, corrective actions, supplier quality support, data analysis, mentoring junior staff, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Support preparation, documentation, tracking, storage allocation, and shipping of materials, spares, tools, and equipment. Maintain accurate inventory records, ensure regulatory compliance for shipping/import-export, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely deliveries.
