Perform month-, quarter-, and year-end close activities, reconciliations, journal entries, financial statement preparation and variance analysis. Manage intercompany transactions, bank and cash monitoring, prepare ad hoc reports, support audits, and drive process/system improvements while following internal controls and IFRS.

Define product strategy and roadmap for healthcare software platforms; translate technical and regulatory constraints into requirements; align cross-functional teams; shape APIs, data flows, and integrations (imaging, oncology, hospital systems); prioritize outcome-driven work and engage across the full software lifecycle from concept through delivery and maintenance.

Manage planning, coordination and supervision of SHS software and hardware installations and upgrades. Ensure contract compliance, site preparation, resource planning, acceptance testing, documentation, customer and vendor interface, project reporting and revenue recognition. Maintain project tools and deliver training to other project managers.

Manage and administer variable pay programs for regional and global areas; serve as primary contact for inquiries; develop internal controls and audit processes; analyze compensation data and reporting; partner with Americas and Global Compensation, HR Operations, and IT to implement Workday and Snowflake solutions; support process improvements and project delivery.
