Lead end-to-end deployments of Varians oncology SaaS products, manage implementation lifecycles, configure cloud and integration components (HL7/FHIR/SSO), troubleshoot complex issues, coordinate cross-functional teams, and maintain project documentation and customer communications through go-live.

Manage sales order and proposal administration for assigned accounts: prepare, review and book customer orders, initiate vendor purchase orders, coordinate stakeholders, ensure timely shipment and billing, resolve configuration and transaction issues, monitor backlog profitability, set discounts, support customer demos/training/trade shows, and may act as bid manager or validate small-country technical solutions.

Manage operational escalations for air and sea freight, support commodity management and stakeholder communication, prepare decision-ready documents, coordinate logistics for system and component shipments, and liaise with business areas and external forwarders to drive solution-oriented collaboration.

Drive revenue for Education & Workforce Solutions by developing territory plans, partnering with equipment and service sales, closing opportunities, negotiating contracts, managing customer relationships, and using data analytics and market intelligence to grow business and position EWS products.

Lead and implement data governance strategies, digitization projects, and service offerings for Domain Data Management. Develop processes, drive data maturity, coordinate Sales Master Data Management activities, collaborate with cross-functional SMEs, and provide training, analysis, and project management to improve data quality, security, availability, and reporting.

Build analytics-ready data models, semantic layers and automated pipelines in Snowflake and Power BI. Create trusted datasets, KPIs, data quality processes, governance and documentation while partnering with engineers and stakeholders to enable self-service analytics and AI-powered reporting.
