Lead the North American Laboratory Solutions Customer Success organization, setting strategy, developing the team, improving customer loyalty and retention, driving adoption and value realization, and strengthening executive partnerships. Owns component lifecycle and obsolescence management across Varian products. Responsibilities include managing supplier discontinuations, EOL events, lifecycle risks, backlog prioritization, Last Time Buy planning, inventory impact assessments, cross-functional mitigation, reporting, dashboards, and process improvement. The role coordinates with Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, Service, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, and Product Management while using HOTT, SAP, PLM, and Power BI systems.
