Lead enterprise AI capability roadmap, partner with executives to prioritize and deliver AI use cases, establish governance and risk frameworks, manage cross-functional delivery and vendor relationships, run program management for AI initiatives, and drive adoption, training, and measurable business outcomes across the organization.

Develops prototypes, conducts trials and experiments, analyzes results, establishes specifications and costs, and solves technical formulation and production problems. Collaborates with marketing, quality, operations, procurement, engineering, suppliers, and co-packers to launch and optimize products. Ensures food safety and quality compliance while managing multiple projects and supporting innovation, cost reduction, and process improvement.
