Manages daily market participant collateral compliance, including collateral monitoring, calls, returns, reconciliations, documentation, exception resolution, reporting, and regulatory support. Analyzes exposures and trends, supports credit applications, responds to member inquiries, maintains policies and controls, and coordinates with Credit Risk, Treasury, Legal, IT, and other teams. Serves as subject matter expert and liaison for PJM’s credit and collateral management application.

Administer and optimize hybrid Windows and Azure infrastructure, including Active Directory, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, virtualization, automation, patching, security hardening, monitoring, and compliance. The role develops PowerShell and Ansible automation, manages virtual machines and system lifecycles, supports identity and cloud services, troubleshoots complex infrastructure issues, and maintains documentation and audit evidence aligned with NERC CIP requirements.

Leads enterprise analytics platform governance, architecture, roadmap, support, and continuous improvement. Translates business requirements into scalable analytics solutions, oversees BI and reporting tools, prioritizes backlogs, ensures security and data quality, and coordinates cross-functional delivery. Mentors analytics professionals, supports self-service analytics, standardizes solution patterns, manages stakeholder priorities, and provides technical guidance across projects and business units.

Owns full-cycle recruiting for assigned business areas, including intake, sourcing, screening, structured interviews, offers, candidate communications, and requisition closeout. Partners with hiring managers and HR stakeholders, builds diverse talent pipelines, maintains recruiting data in Workday, analyzes talent acquisition metrics, advises on market conditions and hiring risks, supports assessments and immigration-related recruiting, and contributes to recruiting process improvements and enterprise projects.

Develop web applications, system integrations, and application frameworks across the full software development lifecycle. Translate business requirements into code, designs, tests, and documentation; debug and enhance existing systems; participate in code reviews and Scrum teams; support continuous integration, automated testing, production systems, and external vendor integrations. The role also provides technical support, documentation, and occasional off-hours support for 24/7 applications.

A 24-month hybrid IT rotation program for recent and upcoming graduates. Participants complete three eight-month rotations across application development, infrastructure, technology operations, cybersecurity, data analytics, and business technology solutions. The program includes technical training, mentoring, cross-functional collaboration, and project work supporting electric grid and wholesale electricity market operations. Leads enterprise risk management by identifying, measuring, monitoring, and reporting organizational risks. Develops ERM education, risk parameters, KRIs, methodologies, models, compliance dashboards, and executive reporting. Advises management and risk owners, supports the Chief Risk Officer, and presents quarterly risk profiles to committees and board stakeholders. Oversees PJM’s insurance program, coordinates third-party coverage, and manages the Know Your Customer process. Requires collaboration across departments and knowledge of AML, anti-corruption, FCPA, and OFAC requirements.

Perform power system and dynamic stability analyses for interconnection requests; develop System Impact Study reports; evaluate and recommend transmission reinforcements; maintain power flow and dynamics models; manage projects and contractors; prepare technical reports and stakeholder communications; support PJM planning processes and represent PJM in industry groups.
