Manage all aspects of the Federal Work-Study program including awarding, processing, accounting and reconciliation; ensure compliance with federal/state regulations; serve as liaison to campus and off-campus partners; perform reporting, audits, student counseling, verification, and training for staff and partners.

Collaborate with faculty on CLARITY to design, build, and evaluate LLM and multimodal AI systems. Conduct data collection, statistical analysis, experiment design, develop clinical guardrails, implement end-to-end LLM-to-video pipelines, build secure patient-facing interfaces, and support clinical trial development and academic dissemination.

Provide high-level administrative and operational support for the institute, including calendar and travel management, financial transaction processing (GEMS/Oracle), event coordination, scheduling, reporting, and confidential support for faculty and leadership. Manage logistics, follow up on deliverables, and prepare operational recommendations and financial summaries.
