Supports the EALC and Linguistics departments by processing high-volume financial transactions, tracking account balances, reconciling discrepancies, and maintaining financial records. Manages daily office operations, supplies, calendars, directories, websites, and internal documents. Provides clerical support for courses, appointments, grades, awards, and events, including travel, catering, room setup, and communications with faculty, students, and partner institutions.

Manages the day-to-day execution and strategic coordination of AI weather and climate research programs. Responsibilities include leading flagship projects, coordinating scientific meetings and multi-institutional stakeholders, organizing convenings, developing partnerships, supporting grants and reports, managing budgets, overseeing communications, and assessing program quality and performance. Provides strategic financial leadership for the Data Science Institute, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, reporting, accounting, procurement, grants, contracts, revenue analysis, and expense optimization. Manages operations staff and facilities planning, maintenance, renovations, and space operations. Advises institute leadership and university financial stakeholders, ensures compliance with financial policies and systems, and develops processes, metrics, and reports to improve decision-making and operational efficiency.

Creates and manages communications content for alumni, donors, and volunteers, including newsletters, fundraising materials, major gift proposals, campaign messaging, event content, gift announcements, and stakeholder stories. Oversees the Booth Briefing newsletter, adapts content based on performance metrics, supports Advancement initiatives, provides editorial and light design assistance, and ensures consistent branding across communications.

Serve as HR Business Partner to Chicago Booth leaders, leading workforce planning, talent management, compensation, employee/labor relations, organizational design, change initiatives, and HR analytics. Coach leaders, manage hiring and onboarding, resolve complex workplace issues, and support school-wide HR programs and policy compliance.

Serve as a consultant to HR partners by administering compensation policies, performing compensation audits, participating in market data surveys, maintaining market data libraries, contributing to job evaluation and peer review processes, and supporting delivery of equitable, competitive compensation programs.

Manage day-to-day operations and project delivery for systems, network, storage, and HPC infrastructure. Lead system administrators and research support staff, plan budgets, ensure disaster recovery and high availability, collaborate with faculty on research computing solutions, enforce security policies, and coordinate external HPC partnerships.

Lead planning, coordination, and execution of Advancement events (in-person, virtual, hybrid). Manage registration platforms, event technologies, budgets, vendor contracts, logistics, reporting, and stakeholder collaboration to support alumni engagement and institutional goals.

Lead and manage a team of post-award administrators overseeing sponsored research post-award activities. Ensure compliance with federal regulations, implement policies and SOPs, optimize processes, provide training and mentorship, support faculty on complex grant issues, and represent the Division to stakeholders and funding agencies.
