Controls and improves medical device manufacturing processes by reducing defects, increasing yield, and enhancing productivity. Performs process and tooling qualification, statistical analysis, Lean and Six Sigma initiatives, root cause investigations, and corrective actions. Develops manufacturing documentation, data systems, process FMEAs, and assembly procedures. Supports adhesive dispensing, advanced inspection, nonconforming product investigations, audit findings, and compliance with FDA, QSR, ISO, health, safety, and environmental requirements.

Develops and improves manufacturing processes, equipment, efficiency, yield, and reliability in a medical device environment. Leads complex engineering projects, manages budgets and schedules, supports production investigations and corrective actions, evaluates equipment, and executes validation strategies including FAT, IQ, OQ, and PQ. Provides technical mentorship, ensures regulatory and GMP compliance, collaborates across functions, and resolves manufacturing problems independently.

Develops and launches manufacturing and assembly operations for implantable medical devices. Leads design-for-manufacturing reviews, prototype development, manufacturability and cost assessments, supplier selection, process development, characterization, validation, and stabilization. Collaborates with R&D, Quality, external manufacturers, and cross-functional teams throughout product development. Supports ERP and quality-system deliverables, production documentation, and product launches while mentoring junior engineers.
