Establish operational cadences, SLAs, escalation processes, control frameworks, risk appetite, delegation authorities, audit readiness, and core financial crime policies. Lead merchant and partner risk assessments, fraud governance, incident response, transaction monitoring oversight, and policy enforcement while ensuring consistent judgment across pod leads and alignment with executives, auditors, regulators, and business partners.

Responsible for full sales cycle including sourcing, qualifying, pitching, and closing leads for embedded payments solutions.
