The role also contributes to portfolio planning, prioritization, standardized processes, and continuous improvement across Market Access Operations.

Leads applied data science, statistical modeling, AI, machine learning, automation, and scientific knowledge-management initiatives across Technical Development. Partners with scientists, IT, digital, quality, and platform teams to frame analytical problems, develop and validate models, build reusable workflows, establish evaluation frameworks, and scale trusted decision-support capabilities. Focus areas include predictive modeling, GenAI, knowledge graphs, image and process analytics, stability modeling, and workflow optimization.

Owns digital solutions supporting pharmaceutical Technical Development workflows. Translates scientific and operational needs into requirements, process flows, user stories, acceptance criteria, and UAT plans; maintains roadmaps and prioritized backlogs; and coordinates delivery with scientists, Data Science, IT, Quality, engineering, and operations teams. The role also supports workflow automation, AI-enabled capabilities, data integration, validation, rollout, training, adoption, and responsible AI governance across laboratory and development environments.
