The Vice President, Advisor Consultant drives strategic growth within financial intermediaries, implements regional sales strategies, and manages client relationships related to alternative investment offerings.

Lead legal entity financial reporting and controllership, manage monthly/quarterly/annual close, audits, regulatory filings, intercompany eliminations, OneStream/DFIN dimensionality, internal controls, and a finance reporting team while partnering with FP&A, Treasury, Tax, and Investor Reporting.

Provide corporate and transactional legal support for a private credit asset manager, handling licensing and regulatory filings, entity management, KYC/AML requests, NDAs, commercial contracts, governance, legal policy development, and litigation support while partnering with business, compliance, finance, and operations teams.

Drive growth and client relations for insurance solutions, expand AUM, and lead commercial strategy across life, P&C, and health segments.
