Manages employee benefits insurance accounts and serves as the primary client contact. Advises clients on medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and voluntary coverage options; evaluates carrier proposals; prepares benefit presentations; coordinates enrollment meetings; and responds to enrollment and claims questions. Builds relationships with clients, carriers, producers, and account executives while ensuring accurate, timely service and compliance with HIPAA and ACA requirements.

The role requires advanced commercial insurance expertise, a Property and Casualty license, and an insurance designation such as CIC, CRM, or CRIS.
