Manage and maintain on-premises and hybrid Azure infrastructure including Windows Server, Active Directory, networking, virtualization, backup/DR, and monitoring. Troubleshoot incidents, perform root cause analysis, support Azure architecture and Entra identity issues, develop DR and HA strategies, maintain documentation, assist incident response and provide escalation support to helpdesk and technical teams.
