Manage impact data collection, validation, analysis, and reporting across 15–20 programs. Design impact frameworks, dashboards, surveys, and reports; ensure data quality, align metrics with organizational KPIs, and support program design and funder reporting.

Manage daily cash and investment activity, perform bank and restricted cash reconciliations, prepare journal entries and reports, reconcile investment activity and debt service payments, support annual audits, and assist with accounting process improvements.

Lead production of interactive maps and static graphics, perform advanced geographic and statistical analysis in SQL, manage and improve civic databases, train and supervise analysts, coordinate with IT and external partners, and develop design and QA standards.
