Partners with cross-functional teams to optimize specialty pharmacy programs, improve patient access, and reduce costs. Requires healthcare industry expertise, knowledge of pharmacy benefit infrastructure and regulations, strong analytical and presentation skills, and travel up to 25%.

Partner with operations, product, and engineering to identify workflow gaps, translate internal needs into clear product requirements, support delivery from concept through launch, use data to measure outcomes and iterate, and enable internal rollouts via documentation, training, and governance to improve operational efficiency and scalability.
