Lead commercial business development to grow revenue across software engineering services, IT solutions, and BPO. Identify, qualify, and close complex enterprise deals; build executive relationships; manage full sales lifecycle and pipeline in Salesforce; collaborate with solutioning and delivery teams to craft proposals and client-centric solutions; drive digital transformation, managed services, and AI-enabled initiatives.

Design, develop, and deploy Java-based microservices and front-end web applications (Section 508 compliant). Build and maintain IaC with Terraform, manage AWS infrastructure, CI/CD automation, Docker, and monitoring. Provide technical leadership, change management, tier‑2 support, troubleshooting, and Agile team participation. Track issues in Jira and report status for meetings.
