Manage portfolios of non-performing residential and commercial loans to minimize losses and ensure regulatory compliance. Facilitate loss mitigation and workout solutions, oversee foreclosure, bankruptcy, litigation, and liquidation processes, coordinate with attorneys and vendors, perform due diligence and portfolio risk monitoring, prepare reporting and recommendations, and ensure adherence to investor guidelines and federal/state regulations.

Develop and execute media relations programs, build relationships with national and local media and analysts, pitch stories, manage press tours and events, coordinate speaking engagements, work with executive leadership, and oversee high-impact projects.

Build and scale agentic AI applications end-to-end: design, implement, deploy, and iterate full-stack features. Implement agent orchestration, tool calling, RAG workflows, observability, and guardrails. Collaborate with product, design, data, and distributed engineering teams; contribute to architecture, mentor engineers, and participate in on-call rotation to support production reliability.
