The Assistant Controller performs bank and account reconciliations, prepares month-end journal entries, financial statements, and reports. This position assists with management of accounting, auditing, and budgeting, while also identifying discrepancies and implementing internal controls and policies.

The Import Coordinator will prepare entry documents for customs clearance, arrange transportation logistics for shipments, communicate with vendors and clients, track shipments, and ensure compliance with internal standards. The role requires excellent organizational skills and experience in the freight forwarding industry.
