Processes accounts payable transactions, codes invoices, maintains vendor files, issues checks, verifies and records donations, reconciles bank and payment processor records, performs general ledger reconciliations, and supports month-end close activities. The role also provides backup accounts receivable support, safeguards confidential information, and handles special projects independently under the Controller’s supervision.
