Organize and verify mortgage loan documentation, prepare disclosures, order appraisals/title/escrow, confirm employment/income/assets, compile complete files for underwriting, and coordinate loan closing and funding with originators, title/escrow, and borrowers.

Lead and optimize mortgage operations, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and risk mitigation. Drive process improvements, vendor management, KPI reporting, and team leadership to enhance productivity and customer experience.
