Lead HR for a multi-state insurance agency (18 locations, 200+ employees). Serve as strategic partner to executives, oversee talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, compensation, benefits, performance management, training, HR operations, and organizational development. Manage HR team, vendors, budgets, and multi-state policy implementation. Support culture, retention, workforce planning, succession, and change management. Travel as needed.

Manage commercial insurance accounts to retain clients and solicit new business: process policy changes, prepare proposals, handle renewals and invoices, maintain client records in EPIC, collaborate with producers and carriers, and provide high-level customer service.

Manage and service personal lines insurance accounts to retain and grow business. Serve as primary client contact, process endorsements, renewals, new business submissions, and documentation. Promote cross-selling and referrals, coordinate with underwriters and accounting, maintain client records in Epic, respond to client requests, and meet performance expectations while adhering to company policies.

Support Account Managers by processing insurance transactions (cancellations, reinstatements, endorsements, renewals), handling client/carrier communications, maintaining EPIC records, preparing proposals, and delivering excellent customer service while obtaining required P&C licensing.

Manage personal lines client accounts to retain and grow business through renewals, new business placement, quotes, policy changes, and cross-selling. Handle phone/email requests, prepare applications and proposals, maintain records in Epic, coordinate with underwriters and accounting, and participate in training to meet performance goals.

Manage day-to-day service for small-group employee benefits accounts (typically ≤50 lives). Serve as primary client contact for enrollments, billing, claims, compliance filings, renewals, and retention. Collaborate with internal teams and carriers, conduct enrollment and face-to-face meetings, use Applied EPIC for file maintenance, and pursue client growth through superior service.

Coordinate and execute marketing, branding, social media, and community engagement initiatives. Manage marketing collateral, vendor relationships, company store, event logistics, website updates, employee recognition programs, and sponsorships while supporting integration of acquired offices and maintaining brand consistency.
