Leads storage architecture and AI infrastructure innovation for next-generation SSDs. Builds technical relationships with customers and ecosystem partners, evaluates emerging technologies, develops reference architectures, and oversees performance testing for AI workloads. Leads complex SSD product programs from definition through development, qualification, manufacturing, customer readiness, sustaining, and end of life. Coordinates engineering, firmware, validation, quality, manufacturing, product, and global stakeholders across the U.S. and Japan. Owns integrated schedules, dependencies, risks, decisions, escalations, governance, and executive reporting. Drives technical tradeoffs, recovery strategies, portfolio improvements, data-driven automation, and mentoring for predictable product delivery.

Drive technical and roadmap alignment with SoC partners, enable UFS standards, oversee storage validation, and coordinate product support across engineering, sales, product management, and marketing teams. Participate in JEDEC standards organizations, develop technical demonstrations, support Managed Flash customers, and build relationships with customers and industry leaders through domestic and international travel.

Provides worldwide technical support for data center SSD products throughout development and customer qualification. Manages schedules, requirements, gaps, action items, and complex technical issues; develops pre-qualification strategies; communicates technical status; performs lab validation; and writes release notes, failure analysis reports, and technical white papers. Acts as the customer voice while coordinating product development stakeholders and leading validation, qualification, and debug activities.

Administer the UKG Ready HRIS, maintaining employee data accuracy and supporting enrollment, carrier feeds, merit uploads, ACA processes, payroll, audits, reporting, and employee technical support. Prepare headcount and HR metrics, process employment verifications, manage the HR SharePoint site, upload HRIS data to other systems, and assist with related HR systems. Partner with IT and support compliance, policies, procedures, and HR initiatives while handling confidential information.

Validate SSD functionality, performance, reliability, and server integration in a datacenter lab. Responsibilities include developing test plans, configuring server and network environments, conducting electrical and signal analysis, troubleshooting hardware and firmware issues, analyzing logs and traces, performing root cause analysis, and collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams to improve validation coverage, automation, and product quality.

Manage and grow KIOXIA’s hyperscale and data center accounts, negotiate quarterly business awards, develop account strategies, position NAND and SSD products, and build relationships with sourcing, engineering, and storage architecture stakeholders. The role requires extensive industry experience, strong business development and communication skills, organization, and travel within the United States and Asia.

Leads complex enterprise SSD failure investigations across applications, operating systems, hypervisors, PCIe, server hardware, SSD firmware, and NAND media. Reproduces failures, analyzes logs and telemetry, modifies debug firmware in C, investigates NVMe/PCIe protocol issues, improves SSD performance, drives cross-functional root-cause resolution, performs lab testing, and communicates findings through customer reports and technical white papers.

Develops new data center accounts and sales opportunities for KIOXIA SSD products, bringing opportunities to revenue and expanding market share. Responsibilities include targeting and qualifying prospects, managing the opportunity pipeline, identifying customer needs, collaborating with partners and internal teams, and building relationships with CTOs and storage architects. The role requires strategic account development, technical sales experience, customer presentations, and leadership across multiple accounts and tasks.
