Lead and optimize regional truckload operations, overseeing terminals, dispatch, routing, fleet maintenance, and regulatory compliance. Manage and coach terminal managers, dispatchers, and drivers to ensure safety, on-time delivery, cost control, and customer service. Use TMS, telematics, and analytics to drive performance, support billing and sales, and lead network optimization and safety initiatives.

Manage the companywide tire program to maximize tire life, lower costs, ensure DOT/FMCSA compliance, and improve fleet uptime through data analysis, vendor management, audits, and coordination of replacements, retreads, repairs, and inventory.
