Owns reliability for complex satellite hardware from concept through production and on-orbit operations. Develops qualification and validation testing, automates test equipment in Python, establishes reliability targets and mission profiles, leads DFMEA and fault-tree analyses, builds reliability models, performs Weibull and physics-of-failure analysis, investigates failures, coordinates destructive analysis, analyzes telemetry, and mentors engineers.

Partners with Production, Engineering, Supplier Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, Program Management, and Finance to resolve production challenges, maintain material availability, support new products, and develop procurement capabilities and teams.

Lead global sales to foreign militaries, ministries of defense, and international government agencies. Own pipeline development, capture strategy, RFI/RFP responses, negotiations, deal structuring, forecasting, and contract execution for satellite communications and secure communications services. Build relationships with defense stakeholders, primes, and channel partners while coordinating technical, legal, finance, operations, and USG teams. The role requires extensive international travel and expertise in government procurement, satcom architecture, and ITAR/EAR compliance.

The Senior Solutions Engineer will design satellite networks, work on pre-sales engineering, support regulatory efforts, and interface with various teams.

Support technical program management for projects from internal R&D to multi-spacecraft missions. Assist with schedules, risk management, headcount forecasting, program reviews, and coordination with engineers on subsystem timelines.

The Technical Program Manager will drive program execution for satellite development, ensuring successful engineering, production, and launch while coordinating internal teams and managing risks.

Intern supports pre-sales and post-sales network architecture and planning for high-throughput satellites, optimizing payload config, orbital/frequency planning, antennas, gateway and user terminal selection, modem configuration, and customer-facing technical work with mentorship from a senior sales engineer.

Design and implement software architecture and automated test infrastructure for vehicle integration and hardware validation. Collaborate with electrical, ground, and flight software teams to create reusable test code, validate flight components, implement ground control and telemetry software, and support development through testing, flight, and hiring.
