Manages the Quality Coaching portfolio’s integrated plans, grants and contracts operations, budgets, dashboards, calendars, executive reporting, and cross-functional workflows. Coordinates planning cycles, milestones, dependencies, risks, approvals, payments, compliance, events, and leadership communications. Supports organizational health, inclusive practices, onboarding, and team effectiveness while improving systems through technology and AI-enabled tools. Requires strong project management, communication, judgment, and stakeholder coordination skills in a complex, matrixed environment.
