Serve as liaison between customer service, clients, and internal production to process and track orders, ensure on-time delivery, resolve client issues, communicate job status, and support the Client Service team.

Prepare and import customer data into mailing software to create presorted business mail, follow USPS regulations, produce postage estimates and postage statements, maintain internal documentation, coordinate with production departments and USPS, and complete presort jobs accurately.
