Design and document enterprise technology architectures, roadmaps, integrations, and cloud solutions for DHS hosting environments using Azure, AWS, and TRIRIGA/Maximo. Ensure compliance with DHS enterprise architecture standards, FedRAMP, ATO, and browser-independent responsive design requirements. Provide technical guidance, resolve complex IT issues, support application integrations with Office 365, SharePoint, and Azure services, and communicate solutions to technical and managerial stakeholders. Develop and maintain IBM TRIRIGA or Maximo applications for a DHS real property and logistics project. Responsibilities include full SDLC delivery, configuration, custom development, integrations, data migration, web services, architecture, performance tuning, responsive UI development, database support, AutoCAD floor-plan integration, and executive stakeholder communication. The role requires advanced Java, Oracle, web development, ETL, database, DevOps, and government data security experience, plus eligibility for DHS Public Trust clearance.

The DevOps Engineer will manage and automate OpenShift environments, troubleshoot incidents, implement CI/CD pipelines, and optimize system performance. They will collaborate with development teams and ensure high availability of applications.

Maintain and deploy secure, reliable web applications across AWS and OpenShift environments. Troubleshoot incidents, perform root cause analysis, optimize system performance, manage highly available clusters, and support Tier 2 issues. Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automate deployments, monitor system health, coordinate with mission partners, document configurations, and collaborate with development teams. The role requires occasional after-hours or weekend support and involves working onsite with government customers.
