Lead sourcing, procurement, and supplier management for SPARC Assembly. Develop purchasing processes, execute sourcing strategies and negotiations, manage contracts and supplier performance, coordinate with planners and engineers, report project status, and drive cost, lead-time, and quality improvements. Perform mid- to large-scale precision alignments and dimensional inspections using portable 3D metrology (laser trackers, scanners, software). Collect, organize, and analyze metrology datasets, evaluate measurement uncertainty, communicate results, collaborate with design and manufacturing teams, and support assembly activities while maintaining equipment and following safety and onsite procedures.

Design, implement, and verify production-quality control software and real-time systems for advanced R&D equipment; gather requirements; integrate software with hardware and testbeds; develop operator interfaces and improve tooling and developer workflows.

Develop, validate, and deploy advanced mechanical inspection methods and tooling for complex production hardware. Collaborate with Quality, Manufacturing, Design, and Supply Chain to qualify inspection procedures, maintain metrology equipment, program CMMs, perform routine inspections, and present dimensional results. Support production readiness, equipment selection, and design-for-inspection activities while documenting processes and cross-training as needed.
