The Programmer Analyst role focuses on monitoring processes, executing reports, performing data quality checks, and assisting with report modifications. Responsibilities include automating code, understanding client data inputs, and ensuring documentation is updated for efficiency.

Provide desktop and systems support for Windows 11/Servers, VOIP, and endpoints; troubleshoot applications/OSes; perform remote support, deployments, patching, monitoring, asset management, documentation, on-call rotation, and maintain processes in audited environments.

Provide Tier 1/2 support for Microsoft 365 and endpoint platforms, administer M365 services and Intune, manage AD/Azure AD, perform laptop imaging and lifecycle support, troubleshoot identity/email/device issues, track incidents in Jira, participate in Agile, and maintain runbooks and documentation while collaborating with Infrastructure and Security teams.

Serve as primary client liaison for database marketing programs, coordinating requirements with programming and analytics teams, troubleshooting issues, QCing deliverables, leading meetings, documenting requirements, and supporting billing and reporting.
