The Programmer Analyst role focuses on monitoring processes, executing reports, performing data quality checks, and assisting with report modifications. Responsibilities include automating code, understanding client data inputs, and ensuring documentation is updated for efficiency.

Provide desktop and systems support for Windows 11/Servers, VOIP, and endpoints; troubleshoot applications/OSes; perform remote support, deployments, patching, monitoring, asset management, documentation, on-call rotation, and maintain processes in audited environments.

Provide Tier 1/2 support for Microsoft 365 and endpoint platforms, administer M365 services and Intune, manage AD/Azure AD, perform laptop imaging and lifecycle support, troubleshoot identity/email/device issues, track incidents in Jira, participate in Agile, and maintain runbooks and documentation while collaborating with Infrastructure and Security teams.

Provide HR and administrative support onsite, including onboarding (orientation, training scheduling, surveys), recruiting (posting, sourcing, interviewing, assessments, references), benefits and HRIS administration, policy compliance, employee engagement and development support, travel booking, recordkeeping, reporting, and ad hoc tasks.

Serve as primary client liaison for database marketing programs, coordinating requirements with programming and analytics teams, troubleshooting issues, QCing deliverables, leading meetings, documenting requirements, and supporting billing and reporting.

The Programmer Analyst will monitor processes, execute quality checks on data, update documentation, and improve reporting for marketing analytics.

Provide HR generalist and full-cycle recruiting support, focusing on sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws and immigration. Support technical recruiting for programmers, data scientists, and analysts and contribute to HR policy development and projects.

Monitor and execute existing ETL, reporting and campaign processes; run and QC data feeds, DWH updates, and client reports; troubleshoot production tasks; update documentation; assist with minor report modifications and ad-hoc reporting; use FTP/MoveIT/JIRA and internal Wiki.

Provide onsite HR and office operations support for the Westminster, CO office. Manage daily office functions, onboarding, benefits administration, recruiting support, employee engagement, policy enforcement, reporting, and administrative logistics while maintaining confidentiality and alignment with HQ HR leadership and company policies.

Act as liaison between client teams and internal departments to coordinate campaign production, manage client assets and requests, monitor QA, document processes, support billing and reporting, and learn basic SQL and production tools (FTP, MoveIT, JIRA, Wiki).
