Manage a hybrid in-house/outsourced accounting team, improve processes with AI tools, partner cross-functionally on budgeting, and surface financial risks to the CFO.

Lead lifecycle strategy to grow and retain Curology subscribers across onboarding, engagement, upsell, reactivation, and win‑back. Design journeys, run experiments, build cohort analytics and LTV reporting, partner cross-functionally, manage CRM operations and vendors, and mentor junior marketers to improve retention and lifetime value.
