Develops and executes CRM and lifecycle marketing campaigns across email and SMS. Responsibilities include segmentation, messaging, copywriting, creative briefing, campaign building in Iterable, QA, deployment, performance reporting, A/B testing, optimization, and cross-functional collaboration with Analytics, Engineering, and Lifecycle teams.
