The Director of IPO Advisory will lead client transactions, mentor junior staff, and engage in business development, focusing on IPO readiness and compliance.

Drive new client relationships with CFOs, Private Equity, and C-suite leaders. Build and execute business development strategies and maintain key relationships to generate revenue in a high-growth market.

Advise public and pre-IPO clients on financial reporting, operational accounting, accounting standards implementation, restatements, filings, and complex transactions. Communicate findings and recommendations, collaborate with client teams, and develop compliant AI-enabled solutions. The role requires strong technical accounting expertise, knowledge of U.S. GAAP and/or IFRS, professional services experience, and a bachelor's degree. CPA or CA certification is preferred. Travel up to 30% and a hybrid schedule are required.

Provides NetSuite support and optimization services, managing tickets, configuring and implementing enhancements, testing solutions, resolving accounting workflow issues, and communicating with clients. The consultant identifies risks, documents resolutions, supports continuous improvement, and advises clients and internal teams on NetSuite financial and operational configurations. The role also explores compliant AI-enabled solutions and requires collaboration, analytical problem-solving, and strong client service skills.

Provide NetSuite consulting for accounting and finance clients, including requirements gathering, business process mapping, solution design, configuration, data migration, testing, training, change management, and go-live support. Lead client-facing engagements, manage scope and expectations, document processes, coordinate teams, support sales demonstrations, and develop AI-enabled client solutions. The role is fully remote and based in the Philippines.
