Lead scaling and efficiency programs for Anthropic's API stack across API, infrastructure, databases, networking, and inference. Build and maintain Anthropic's Claude desktop applications (macOS and Windows), combining web technologies (TypeScript, React, Electron) with native code (Rust, Swift, C++). Optimize performance, implement update and deployment pipelines, create monitoring tools, and integrate LLM-driven features into polished user experiences across platforms.

Lead and scale Anthropic's strategic relationships with top global systems integrators. Set multi-year joint strategies, negotiate multi-year agreements, co-develop solutions, drive global co-sell and delivery readiness, build certification programs to train 50,000+ practitioners, chair alliance governance, and orchestrate cross-functional teams to grow a $1B+ Claude practice and measurable ARR influence through partners.

Design AI-native workflows and polished user interfaces across People Products (hiring, onboarding, promotions). Rapidly prototype (including front-end code), define product vision with cross-functional partners, and ship high-quality features in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment focused on safe, scalable AI for HR/people processes.
