Design and build Anthropic’s scalable search platform from scratch. Develop search systems, indexing mechanisms, and retrieval and ranking algorithms to improve accuracy and efficiency. Establish metrics and tooling to measure search quality, working closely with engineers and researchers. The role requires experience building complex distributed systems in production, strong search fundamentals, coding proficiency in Python, Go, Java, or similar languages, and hands-on experience with high-volume data processing architectures.

Own GTM strategy and integrated growth motion for Claude for Knowledge Work. Define segment plans, messaging, flagship content, acquisition and activation campaigns, and lifecycle programs. Coordinate cross-functional teams, run campaigns personally as an IC, and report on awareness, usage, revenue, and campaign efficiency.

Own positioning and messaging for Claude's core knowledge-work products (Chat, Cowork). Create website copy, sales enablement (pitch decks, battlecards, objection handling), persona/ICP frameworks, proof points, and libraries of use cases. Build AI-native PMM systems using Claude to keep foundations current. Partner with GTM, Marketing, and Partners and support pricing, analyst relations, and customer-facing engagements.

Leads Anthropic’s strategic startups business, owning revenue, P&L outcomes, sales strategy, account coverage, partnerships, and a team of Account Executives. Builds relationships with AI startup founders, investors, and technical executives; structures complex commercial agreements; develops ecosystem programs; and channels market feedback into product, pricing, and go-to-market decisions. Represents Anthropic externally and helps scale its presence across the startup ecosystem.

Own enterprise customer activation from contract signature through production deployment across Claude products. Configure identity integrations, provisioning, connectors, policies, and governance while advising CISOs and CTOs. Design scalable onboarding playbooks, enablement programs, change-management strategies, and Train-the-Trainer initiatives. Track activation, time-to-value, satisfaction, and efficiency metrics, and communicate deployment insights to Product, Support, and Security teams. The role requires hands-on enterprise identity integration, SaaS governance, nonprofit experience, AI fluency, and the ability to manage multiple deployments.

Leads Anthropic’s Customer Success organization for regulated financial services, healthcare, and life sciences customers. Builds and scales the team, develops regulated-industry success methodologies, drives adoption, expansion, retention, and customer satisfaction, and manages executive engagements and escalations. Partners with Sales, Product, Engineering, Security, Legal, and Marketing to navigate compliance, procurement, risk, and security reviews. Owns hiring, coaching, forecasting, renewal-risk mitigation, customer advocacy, and responsible AI deployment practices.

Leads commercial sourcing and transaction execution for Canadian data center capacity deals. Responsibilities include managing RFPs, evaluating proposals, negotiating term sheets and LOIs, coordinating legal, technical, finance, and operational stakeholders, tracking transaction timelines, managing risks, and advancing infrastructure projects to construction readiness. The role also develops scalable transaction processes, supports long-term data center supply strategy, and serves as the primary liaison with developers, brokers, power contacts, networks, government relations, and other partners.
