As a Technical Specialist at Anthropic, you'll engage with customers to foster adoption of their AI products, drive workshops, support pilots, and create technical content that enhances the customer experience with Claude Code and Cowork.

Operate as the partner program operations generalist: own intake and prioritize requests, design zero-to-one partner processes, build Claude-powered AI automations, manage registrations/referrals/onboarding data, encode policy in systems, enable internal and partner stakeholders, run cross-functional projects, and report service levels and operational metrics.

Build and operate a GRC platform that aggregates compliance data across systems, implements policy-as-code, automates evidence collection via integrations and agentic LLM workflows, and provides dashboards and reporting for stakeholders. Lead end-to-end projects, make architectural decisions, and ensure reliability and data integrity for audit and executive reporting.

Lead design and execution of integrated B2B enterprise campaigns across digital, events, content, and ABM to drive demand, adoption, and expansion. Build scalable frameworks, align with Sales and Product, manage agencies and budgets, measure attribution and ROI, and optimize programs through data-driven analysis and cross-functional collaboration.

Own SaaS administration for Anthropic's app catalog: perform admin actions, manage license seats and renewals, automate repetitive tasks, monitor app health, coordinate vendor updates, support audits/SOC2 evidence, and administer Google Workspace and Slack resources. Build runbooks, produce utilization reporting, and partner with IT Engineering on platform-level work.

Lead structuring and execution of financings supporting Anthropic's compute infrastructure. Manage end-to-end financing workstreams, build financial models, engage counterparties, negotiate terms, and partner with compute, treasury, legal, and finance teams. Develop repeatable frameworks, maintain counterparty relationships, and support broader corporate finance and capital markets analysis. Represent the company in negotiations and prepare clear recommendations for finance leadership.

The role involves providing expert product support in Japanese and English, managing user issues, and enhancing support processes. You'll handle API debugging and communicate with various user personas while collaborating with engineers and improving team knowledge.

Source, structure, negotiate, and close strategic semiconductor collaborations; act as the internal semiconductor partnerships expert; coordinate research, product, engineering, legal, and finance stakeholders; structure commercial software, IP, and technology-access agreements; support executive engagements and flex into other verticals as needed.
