Lead go-to-market strategy and operations for frontier model and product launches. Build technical relationships, enable partner AI practices, develop industry-specific generative AI solutions and reference architectures, support strategic customer deals, troubleshoot complex issues, lead technical events and enablement, and provide partner-driven product feedback. The role requires extensive partner-facing experience, scalable cloud architecture expertise, strong communication skills, and familiarity with LLM frameworks or machine learning.

Own product strategy and decisions for Anthropic’s public-sector AI offerings and government workflows. Conduct discovery with agencies, identify high-value use cases, shape Claude-based products, generalize public-sector needs into the broader roadmap, navigate compliance requirements, and partner with cloud and systems-integration providers. The role requires strong end-to-end product judgment, cross-functional leadership, enterprise adaptability, government intuition, and willingness to travel up to 25%.

Serve as a pre-sales technical advisor for enterprise customers across India and APAC, designing scalable Claude and LLM integrations. Partner with sales, product, and engineering teams to translate business needs into technical architectures, guide evaluations and deployments, deliver technical content, and develop performance frameworks. Travel occasionally for customer workshops and collaborate globally while promoting safe, reliable AI adoption.

Provides end-user IT support across hardware, software, networking, accounts, SaaS platforms, and multiple operating systems. Manages device enrollment, access workflows, onboarding, documentation, escalations, conference-room technology, and on-call support. Improves IT operations through automation, scripting, device management, identity and access administration, and process redesign. Collaborates with IT Engineering and Security while developing deeper systems administration expertise.

Design, build, and operate an AI-first CI/CD and agent operations platform for Salesforce and custom applications. Define agentic and human approval lanes, implement environment and secrets strategies, establish observability, rollback, kill switches, and audit trails, and support SOX controls. Partner with engineers, analysts, business approvers, and auditors while measuring pipeline performance and improving deployment workflows.

Leads end-to-end accounting for infrastructure components, inventory, and fixed assets across chips, networking hardware, racks, and data center buildouts. Oversees ASC 360 capitalization, impairment, disposals, cost accounting, reconciliations, controls, and reporting. Partners with Real Estate, Legal, Finance, engineering, and supply chain teams; improves data tracking and automation; supports auditors; and manages and develops accounting professionals.

Build Anthropic’s relationships with Texas communities near data centers, including local officials, residents, civic organizations, workforce partners, and nonprofits. Develop engagement strategies across site selection, construction, and operations; lead coalitions, public forums, listening sessions, and community investments; monitor political and community sentiment; advise infrastructure and policy teams; coordinate local messaging; and create scalable community engagement processes.

Build trusted relationships with municipal and provincial governments, community organizations, economic development partners, residents, and workforce groups around Canadian data centre projects. Develop market-specific engagement strategies, host public sessions, represent Anthropic at hearings and community events, monitor local sentiment, coordinate community investments, and advise infrastructure teams on risks and opportunities. The role also creates scalable community engagement processes and collaborates with communications, sustainability, energy, real estate, legal, and policy teams.
