Own the full sales cycle for startup customers across EMEA, from outbound prospecting through launch. Drive revenue and quota attainment through consultative, technical sales of Anthropic’s AI solutions. Develop market-expansion strategies, identify customer segments and use cases, negotiate complex agreements, gather feedback to inform product roadmaps, and help establish regional go-to-market processes, playbooks, and sales methodologies.

Develops cybersecurity-focused reinforcement learning environments and evaluations for secure coding, vulnerability discovery, and remediation. Collaborate closely with product designers, engineers, and prompt engineers to improve Claude’s behavior and user experience.

Own the consolidated financial view for Anthropic’s compute infrastructure organization, including reporting, allocation methodology, planning systems, dashboards, and executive narratives. Coordinate close, forecast, budget, and long-range planning with Corporate FP&A. Integrate financial models into a reconciled three-statement view, manage operating cadence, maintain model hygiene, and prepare board and leadership materials.

Own end-to-end procurement operations for research teams, managing high-volume requests, contracts, purchase orders, vendors, receiving, accruals, invoice issues, and month-end accuracy. Partner with Legal, Security, Finance, Accounting, and Accounts Payable to establish purchasing processes for new programs, maintain controls, support audits, and improve intake and workflows through automation and AI.

Own the operating P&L and near-term forecast for Anthropic’s datacenter infrastructure partnerships. Lead site-level financial analysis, budget-versus-actual reviews, cost-reduction initiatives, and operating model decisions. Partner with infrastructure teams, datacenter expansion leaders, and third-party operators to manage lease, power, and operational spending, operationalize budgets, and reduce infrastructure risk.

Lead Anthropic’s global research and education enterprise sales business, targeting research institutes, research-intensive universities, and K12 organizations. Personally manage complex institutional deals involving procurement, security review, grants, and multiple stakeholders; coach account executives; develop repeatable adoption and expansion playbooks; own revenue and engagement goals; and represent academic customer needs to product, applied AI, and marketing teams.

Leads Anthropic’s global sanctions compliance program, including strategy, risk assessment, policy, screening controls, regulator filings, remediation, reporting, and risk governance. Advises product, commercial, engineering, and operations teams on sanctions and export-control implications, supports export-controls oversight, manages complex escalations, monitors regulatory developments, and develops compliance staff. The role partners with Legal, Internal Audit, Finance, Safeguards, Threat Intelligence, and senior leadership, including the Audit Committee.

Leads Anthropic’s corporate development strategy in life sciences and biotech, including acquisitions, investments, and strategic partnerships. Responsibilities include sourcing targets, conducting scientific, technical, regulatory, data, quality, privacy, and IP diligence, negotiating transactions, building valuation models, presenting recommendations to executives and the board, and driving post-transaction integration. The role partners with research, product, engineering, legal, finance, policy, pharmaceutical, biotech, CRO, and investment stakeholders.

Own full-cycle recruiting across General and Administrative functions, managing high-volume and strategic searches for multiple hiring managers. Use data, systems, AI, and automation to prioritize requisitions, maintain healthy pipelines, identify bottlenecks, and scale repeatable processes. Advise stakeholders on candidate profiles, compensation benchmarks, market conditions, and assessment criteria while protecting candidate experience and cultural alignment.
