Responsibilities include mobile application decompiling, binary analysis, vulnerability research, database development, testing, documentation, Agile collaboration, data modeling, and project task leadership. The role requires direct collaboration with software developers and data architects while supporting a geographically distributed team in a hybrid customer environment.

Perform static, dynamic, manual, and automated malware analysis; reverse-engineer compiled code; assess threat capabilities and intent; build analysis environments; collaborate with intelligence professionals; and produce technical reports. The role requires expertise in reverse engineering, operating systems, assembly, debugging, sandboxing, network analysis, malware forensics, and threat intelligence frameworks. Hardware reverse engineering experience is preferred.

Lead and advise cybersecurity professionals on incident response across diverse networks, platforms, and tools. Analyze security logs, network traffic, malware reports, and advanced intrusions; execute response playbooks and digital forensics; coordinate threat mitigation with IT and security teams; and advise on security policies, risk management, and compliance. The role requires strong communication, technical editing, DoD cybersecurity experience, and support for classified systems in a full-time onsite environment with possible rotational shifts.

Lead blockchain and crypto-forensic investigations across Bitcoin, EVM chains, DeFi, and privacy coins. Design tracing algorithms and investigative tooling, perform smart-contract and transaction analysis, support seizure and forensic audits, produce intelligence reports, advise on chain-of-custody, and mentor teammates while collaborating with cyber, forensic, and federal partners.
