The Enterprise Sales Development Representative generates qualified enterprise sales opportunities through outbound calling, account prospecting, research, and relationship building. Responsibilities include making 60+ daily calls, engaging mid- and senior-level prospects, explaining ZipRecruiter’s value proposition, using sales tools, meeting activity and appointment targets, and collaborating with Account Executives. Leads ZipRecruiter’s Marketplace Decision Science team as a player-coach, managing and developing decision scientists while personally conducting high-impact analyses.
