Manage multiple customer projects in the Professional Services team to enhance the adoption of Zenoti's software solutions, ensuring high-quality delivery and maintaining customer relationships.

Lead and manage technical support for Zenoti’s cloud-based platform, handling high-priority escalations, SLAs, cross-team coordination, hiring and training support staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction and problem resolution.

Provide 24x7 product support for Zenoti customers: troubleshoot and resolve issues, own tickets to resolution, consult on business operations, follow team processes, and relay product feedback to influence product direction.

Manage payments operations including decline rates, disputes, payouts and processor relationships. Drive operational efficiency, onboarding, device logistics, SLA management, RCA, automation opportunities, and customer escalations while partnering with product and engineering.
