The Account Manager will drive revenue growth, develop executive relationships, execute account plans, and provide strategic guidance to customers in the beauty and wellness SaaS space.

Manage ticket queues, SLA compliance, escalations, workforce planning, and cross-functional remediation with Product and Engineering. Mentor and grow support engineers, drive operational improvements, reduce backlog, own reporting, and improve customer satisfaction for large enterprise customers.

Lead end-to-end Zenoti implementations: configure platform to customer processes, design proofs-of-concept, perform ETL/data migrations, mitigate risks, resolve customer issues, document implementations, meet SLAs, and coordinate internal teams to ensure successful onboarding.

The role involves implementing and configuring Zenoti solutions for clients in the wellness industry, ensuring customer satisfaction through training and support, while managing multiple projects and documenting processes.

Provide product support to customers using Zenoti software, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and advocating for customer needs while maintaining technical expertise.

Lead product strategy and roadmap for analytics and reporting data products. Drive technical design, data governance, and quality standards. Partner with engineering, data science, and business teams, conduct user research, define KPIs, and produce functional specifications to deliver scalable data solutions.
