Lead design, deployment, and commissioning of enterprise physical security systems (access control, VMS, intercoms, alarms). Manage project scope, schedule, budgets, vendors, integrators, and cross-functional stakeholders. Perform hands-on Lenel OnGuard programming, configuration, testing, and system administration. Ensure documentation, change control, safety, and client sign-off across new builds, renovations, and upgrades.

Coordinate and track multiple security systems projects across APAC, develop SOPs and process documentation, create dashboards and executive reports, manage cross-functional meetings, identify risks and efficiencies, and provide operational and administrative support to ensure program consistency and on-time delivery.
