Serve as primary liaison for supporter groups and season ticket members; manage ticketing needs for home and away games; develop programs, benefits, and communications; grow supporter base and sales through renewals, upsells, and referrals; maintain accurate account data and coordinate with marketing and sales teams.

Own strategy, execution, and optimization of paid media to drive ticketing and eCommerce revenue. Manage agency and vendor relationships (digital and OOH), allocate media budgets, run CRO/A-B testing, deliver regular performance reporting, and collaborate with creative and ops teams to scale channels and maximize ROAS.
